This home is located in quiet and safe neighborhood in Rio Rancho. If you’re looking for nice, safe, and comfortable place to stay, this is the place. This house is clean and well maintain. No pets and no drugs are allowed. The rooms for rent will share a common bathroom (that means you will share a bathroom with another roommate). This home is 12 minutes away from Intel in Rio Rancho (major cross street is Broadmoor & Northern). I’m looking for working professionals who are responsible, respectful, and extremely clean is a must. You need to have a stable job (proof of income required, 2 recent pay stubs), and must pass a background check. You will have a parking space in the driveway. This probably best fit for someone who is working at Intel or similar profession. Your current roommate is currently working at Intel. He is very respectful, clean, and very responsible. So, we expect the same from you. The cost to move in are First month ($650), last month ($650), and a safety deposit ($400) will be due on the day of move in. The total cost to move in is $1700. And your monthly rent will be due on the same date as your move in date every month after. You will get your $400 security deposit back on the day of moving out if no terms and conditions are violated. We are pretty chill and easy going. No one will ever bother you if all common rules are met. I am sure you will enjoy and be comfortable living here. We are all working professionals where we spent most of our day at work.
