Martin HD-28V Guitar Vintage Series -1999 – Limited Edition
This listing is for a 1999 Martin HD-28V Guitar - Vintage Series (Limited Edition) in Very Good Cosmetic Condition and Excellent Functional Condition with OHSC. The guitar shows normal playing wear, pick marks on pick guard, a few minor finish flaws on the top, sides, and back, etc. It has been professionally maintained by an Authorized Martin Guitar Repair Center. Minor repairs include replacement of frets 1 thru 5, fret leveling, and minimal refinish of back to reduce appearance of belt buckle rash. The guitar has been kept in my climate controlled home studio. The guitar is Excellent Functional Condition….stage and/or studio ready. OHSC in mint condition. I am the second owner. Only reason for selling: to partially fund purchase of another guitar.
The Martin HD-28 Vintage Series is a re-issue of the pre-war Martin D-28. Main features include: Forward-shifted scalloped X bracing, herringbone trim top with ivoroid binding, diamonds and squares fretboard inlays, open backed tuning pegs, long saddle, V-shaped neck, and tortoise pickguard. Loaded with features of vintage D-28 guitars.
