85 VW Golf hatchback. Turns over no firing, maybe the hall sensor? Trans linkage is stuck. It was running till a friend borrowed it and tried to fix the turn signal/ light switch in the steering wheel. He lost a spring and it never seemed right when you turn the steering wheel. CIS-E gas system, with the fuel distributor. I drove for about 3 years or so then got a TDI. I changed all ball joints, a arms and front bushings, all shocks and mounts. Replaced timing belt, water pump and cooling system hoses. Put in new calipers too.
I hope some one wants it. A shame to throw her out.
