The house is located at Virginia Beach Ocean Front (Salt Marsh Point). I'm looking to rent bedroom on the main 1st floor. I'm looking for [NON SMOKER] [LONG-TERM RENTAL] [EMPLOYED] housemate. Rent is $725 month; the refundable deposit is $350. Rent is paid on the 1st so if you do not move in on the 1st rent will be prorated. The room size 12.5 X 16 and is unfurnished except for armoire shown in room pictures. You have direct access to the shared bathroom from inside your bedroom. You also have access to the kitchen and living room all on the 1st floor. We have high speed internet so you can stream movies to your TV or computer. There is 65 inch TV in the living room. There will be a total of 3 people in the home (1 upstairs and 2 downstairs). David is the downstairs housemate. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. No couples, just one person per bedroom. Having visitors occasionally is fine just no visitors that become permanent. The house is located two blocks from a park with tennis courts. There are two different bike trails a couple blocks from the house that can take you to Rudy Inlet and Virginia Beach boardwalk. It is a short 1.8 mile bike ride to the Virginia Beach Boardwalk and sandy beach. The neighborhood is a casual laid back beach vibe atmosphere. This is a safe location with great neighbors!
