Big backyard with fire pit and close to the mountains, great for outdoorsy people. Nice quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes from campus. Shared bathroom. No smoking, no pets, looking for a clean and disciplined college student or a young professional. Please save us both the time if you are not clean. Rent is $900 a month including water and septic.
