We are looking to rent out our 1 bedroom that is located near the South Paulding High School. It is a room in a house. The bathroom has to be shared. In-unit laundry. Since we do not have pets, we prefer not to have pets. It is primarily for a single person. The amount includes rent, water, electricity, internet, and trash. No smoking, please.
