We have a furnished room with a shared bathroom (will share bathroom with 1 other female housemate) for rent at our house. Available March 1st. If you see this ad posted it means the room is still available for rent. We will update the ad as soon as availability changes.
Price for the utilities is extra (will be divided among 4 people). Those would be: High-Speed Cable Internet, Water, Electricity and Gas.
Only 4 female occupants will live at the house (there are 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms), thus, the rooms are available for a FEMALE housemate only, sorry. SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY, no pets, no couples or children, sorry.
Room comes with a full size bed, closet and a dresser. The house is remodeled and is located in a quiet neighborhood.
The house is equipped with Washer and Dryer, Electric Kitchen Stove, 2 Large Fridges, Microwave, dedicated kitchen storage space for each resident of the house, etc.
This is a house, not a condominium / apartment. Street parking and within the property.
Conveniently located between LA and in route to OC! ~Ten (10) minutes to Downtown Los Angeles / ~Twenty (20) minutes to Orange County. Very accessible to FWYs 5, 710 and 60. Near East LA College, Cal-State LA, USC.
Month to month contract (you can leave after giving 1 month notice in advance).
1st Month Rent + 1 Month Deposit needed to Move-In.
About you: Someone clean, organized, responsible, employed/student who is not at home all day type of job. Considerate and respectful towards other housemates.
Not allowed in the property: Parties, smoking (any kind of smoke), vaping, drugs, heavy drinking.
