found myself in a difficult situation and I'm now looking for a place to live. my ideal situation would be a Casita/tiny house or studio apartment but I can rent a room in your house or apartment too. sometimes I've seen friends of mine rent out little casitas where a homeowner has a shed behind their home that they alter or convert into a Casita that they rent, I would really love that setup. I think my only option is to work with a private owner because I work off the books and therefore don't have traditional proof of income.
 
I can afford up to $900 per month. I don't smoke, I don't drink. I don't have kids or a boyfriend. I wouldn't be having guests over to my spot. I'm an artist and I'm pretty shy/quiet. no pets! I have nooo pets. I don't plan on having any either.
